We are simply passing through life as life is passing though us. Nothing is permanent. Everything is in constant change, except our true nature, which is Love.

REALISING HOME
Currently living in the small country town of Nanango, in the South Burnett region of south east Qld, Australia, I have almost come home in the sense of physical locality, to my birthplace of Toowoomba, only 2 hours drive away.
In the sense of my being, I have come home. I had since a small child longed to live in the country and November 2017 saw me relocate here from Bundaberg, where I had grown up. It is here I decided to stop running from myself and the painful experiences of my past. It is here in this quiet country town I have come to realise a deeper love for myself.
What I have found here I realise, in this laid back country community, is myself. The peace and the love that is who I am. Each day as do my best to embrace all of what life brings to me, more of who I am reveals itself.
Some days are easier than others, some things I find more difficult to embrace and so I just remind myself of the importance of acceptance and gratitude for all of life as it presents to me the circumstances that will help me remember truth. I tell myself and others, to just love it.
Simply say "I love you, thank you" together or separately each day as life presents its many blessings. Say it to the pain, the difficult emotions. Say it in your head over and over until it floods your being. Just say it.
